Sijia Loh is down with hand foot mouth disease :(( This is how people have reacted: My brother: Takes 3 steps backwards, away from me. Checks his palms for red spots. Tells me not to use his mouse or touch him. Tells me to quarantine myself in my room. My mother: Went downstairs to purchase some dettol antiseptic spray and starts spraying it around the house. Eleanor: sijia you're such a kid that the disease gets you! B: Omg does it spread? :((((((((((((((((((( Everyone is just concerned about whether it'd spread. Yes it will. I'm a contagious disease carrier :(
And no, it does NOT only affect kids, just that kids are more susceptible to the disease. Thank goodness i havent been to school since last Thurs. And i would very much like to know how i got it too?! The doctor says i have >10 ulcers in my throat, which makes swallowing my saliva painful x1000.
But its slightly better now. But i still cant eat anything else except porridge :( AND. I lost about 1kg cause i cant eat properly. No, i will not disappear, yet. Anyway, check this out.
